Bio
I am Nemrod A. Maliza, a public grade school teacher and at the same time an associate pastor of the church that my family and I are members of.
I am the second child of Rev. Manuel and Merie Maliza. My parents were my main mentors in the ministry. However, I also graduated from a Bible school where I took my formal training in pastoral ministry. I have worked with my parents in ministry, specifically in church planting, for many years before I got married.
My wife, Catherine, also grew up in a strong Christian home. Growing up, she was involved in a few different ministries in the church. She has special gifts in music and teaching children.
I have seen how God has called me mainly in the ministry of the Word. I have a passion in studying and teaching the Bible. I have also seen how the Lord has given a gift in music. I play several music instruments, like, keyboard, guitars and drums. My wife and I are actively involved in the music ministry at our church.
My wife has a passion for children and this is being fulfilled in our children feeding ministry where she leads them into the loving presence of God by presenting Christ through the Bible stories.
Recently, our family is amazed at how God used our oldest child Neca. She is in third grade and her teacher assigned her to tell stories every Friday in their class. So she brought her Bible story book in their classroom for the said assignment.
